GoogleGoundry's was my letting agent for many years. The staff were helpful and efficient and always fair in their dealings with both tenants and myself - the landlord. They looked after my property well and ensured that requests from tenants were responded to quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed. When I subsequently sold the property the Sales Department was equally efficient and considerate. I am very grateful to Goundry's for the many years of work carried out on my behalf.

GoogleI both sold and purchased a property through the excellent team at Goundrys, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Over the nine months I worked with them, David, Emma, Gareth, and Owen were consistently professional, patient, and understanding, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-supported. If you’re thinking of selling your home in the area, or moving to this part of the world, I can’t recommend Goundrys highly enough. Give them a call, you’ll be in safe hands.

GoogleUnfaltering service from Dave and the team when selling our place for us. Dave worked tirelessly to get it over the line and did an outstanding job. Would not hesitate to recommend Goundrys

GoogleVery knowledgeable local and effective estate agents. Helped us to sell our home quickly and for the price we wanted, and helped us to find and secure our prefect family home. Even when withdrawing from a property we felt Goundrys acted quickly and professionally without any judgement which minimised stress. Emma and Dave listened to our need and offered helpful advice. Not to mention our toddler loved hanging out with Owen (who is an excellent estate agent)! Cheers guys you were all amazing :)

GoogleOne of the easiest agents we have ever dealt with. They’re local and have the best local knowledge as well. Quick responses and very helpful too. We had a few issues and they were quickly sorted with their specialist help. If we ever move again we would definitely use them and would highly recommend Goundrys to anyone moving too or within Cornwall

GoogleI have used Goundry's for both renting out a property and selling not one but two properties. In all instances I have always found Goundry's approachable, helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gounrdy's for selling or renting and I would certainly use them again.

FacebookReally poor experience. I expressed interest in a short term rental. I completed an application and then had no response initially so I chased up. Jessica said she had not received the application but when she searched her email she had in fact received it but ignored it. I arranged a virtual viewing appointment with her which again, didn’t happen and then I saw on Rightmove “Let Agreed” The worst thing any company can do is communicate badly. One of the most unprofessional agents I have dealt with unfortunately. Do not recommend.
