FacebookLeah and Barry have been so helpful as I began my journey into renting for the first time. Initially, I found myself feeling very overwhelmed by the whole process, but Leah and Barry always make sure I am kept informed at all times. Barry has always promptly replied to any queries I have had, even if they may have seemed silly or the answer obvious! I am very much looking forward to moving soon, and I feel so comfortable and grateful thanks to Leah and Barry! An incredible team of people who are so helpful and supportive. Cannot recommend enough, especially for other young renters!

FacebookAfter recently selling our house with newboulds, I could not recommended them enough. We are so happy we chose to use newboulds as other competitors in the area would definitely not been up to their standards. We only had viewings from people who were interested in a property like ours, which resulted in a quicker sale.
David went above and beyond to chase up everyone in the chain for a successful and stress free move. Any question or query was never a problem and everything was resolved quickly and in professional manner.
Thank you David, Barry and Leah! We will definitely recommended and use newboulds again!!

FacebookI cannot state how highly I regard Newboulds. I wouldn't say they that David does anything particularly revolutionary, but what he does, he does very, very well. Communication is fantastic and he has that ability to make you feel your property is their priority. other agencies have set check in times and updates and a cadence to their comms. That's just not required by Newboulds, as the comms are open, honest and frequent. For me, selling our house was a team effort, with David providing expert advice and guidance- working with us on how we approached each and every aspect.

Contactable outside of normal hours and always responsive! The recent sale has been very tricky for me but David certainly made the whole process much easier! Im hoping he might cover my sale when I decide to move next, if he will cover the area!! Highly Recommended

FacebookAfter our house being on the market for a long time we decided to change agents to Newboulds. David came in and gave honest, realistic advice. Our house was on the market with a new set of fantastic photos within days and sold within a matter of weeks! Newboulds are friendly, professional, very responsive and think outside of the box to get your property seen. Would recommend 100%.

FacebookWe have just used newboulds & co to sell our house and are so happy we did, they was very professional, efficient , reliable and honest and had our house sold fairly quickly.
David even went out his way for us when we had a problem with the house we was buying and got things in order for us while we was struggling with it all.
Could not recommend them enough!
