GoogleMe and my partner were looking at purchasing a property with Winkworth which we unfortunately have had to pull out of due to personal reasons. But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.

GoogleWe recently instructed Winkworth’s to sell our house for us after using another local agent with no success. Stuart was very helpful & knowledgeable answering all our questions at the initial valuation. We were mainly looked after by Nicole who was super friendly & efficient and kept us updated at every stage. Winkworth’s sold our property for our full asking price and the sale went through without a hitch within 3 months. We were super pleased with the service we received from start to finish and would happily recommend Winkworth’s to anyone looking to sell their property. They have always been efficient and effective, quick to respond to communications, and proactive in sorting any issues.Thus they have ensured that any issues our tenants may have had have been dealt with promptly and to everyone's satisfaction, engaging tradesmen when necessary and reporting back to us. Linda is helpful and reliable. I would recommend Winkworths to anyone: excellent service and good value.

GoogleReally good service from Winkworth, from viewing rental properties to moving in. Transparent, helpful, professional throughout. The strong communication skills Rebecca and Linda of Winkworth have were particularly valuable as I moved from an unfurnished let to an unfamiliar area from over 100 miles away, and needed to be kept up to date to organise removal services and work well in advance.

GoogleMyself and my sister have been renting a property in Reydon through Winkworth since 2019, they have always ensured that the rent is on time, schedule and carry out any inspections and advise of and arrange any maintenance (e.g boiler/gas service) that may be required. Our main contact has been Linda Jackson who has always given us a friendly and efficient service with any queries we may have. They have also played a major role in searching for and vetting any new tenants that we have had. We would certainly highly recommend them as a letting agent.
