We had a fantastic experience with the entire team of Flick and Son. From our initial meeting and valuation of the property with Paul, he came across very professional and honest. He provided accurate information regarding selling homes in this modern day climate. Our thanks to Richard for the super photography element of our house sale. Isobel and Millie from the Southwold office were both excellent at communicating throughout the process and always available to talk through things. We also spoke to Matthew in the Aldeburgh office who again represented the company extremely well and gave great advice regarding sales. As our house went into the sales progression side we would like to acknowledge Sabrina who was just amazing at chasing up and sorting any finer points as we approached the final stages of completion. We highly recommend Flick and Son for selling and can't thank them enough for making it stress free throughout. 10/10.

Contacted all the Southwold coastal agents when placing our period cottage on the market earlier this year. The professionalism and tenancity employed by the whole Southwold team throughout the process, helped to deliver an excellent result. Parminder Boseley is a highly professional qualified estate agent with considerable skill in negotiation. She has an experienced understanding of the Suffolk market; a graduate in business as well as a qualification law she brings business to the table while empathising with her clientele. My guess is she's the most experienced woman in the business in this area, which makes her one of the few to have cracked open the glass ceiling. For these reasons we are trusting the sale of our house to her.

We moved to Southwold just over a year ago. We found our ideal house by the sea though Flick and Son. Although the purchase procedure took over six months, this was due to complications of buying a property that was being used as a holiday let. You would imagine that this drawn out procedure would have been fraught with problems. Actually, it was the most painless house purchase we’ve ever made. I have no doubt that Parminder Boseley’s understanding of both vendor and purchaser requirements helped to resolve issues before they became problems or disputes. Parminder is now helping us buy our next Southwold property. This one just a little bit bigger than a shed and exposed to the wrath of the tides but the purchase procedure is no less complex than buying a house. We are nearly complete with that purchase now and I guess we owe Parminder a glass of bubbly... or two. Thank you for your help, Parminder.
