GoogleI can’t recommend Hyman Hill, Southwick, highly enough. They have been brilliant. Emma Downes was the perfect person to help myself and my sister to sell our late father’s bungalow. The rest of the team were excellent too. We felt thoroughly informed and supported during the process. Emma was well informed and very approachable. Thank you, we will definitely use Hyman Hill again in the future.

GoogleExcellent service. Was purchasing a property which unfortunately fell through ( no fault of agent) . Dealt with Harry,Emma and Katy through the process who kept me well informed. Fortunately they had another property on their books which I viewed and the purchase went through in about 6 weeks thanks to the team. Thanks to you all I was in before Xmas and have no hesitation in recommending you.

They were very approachable, and take a personal interest in your situation. They took impressive marketing photos, and gave feedback on every viewing. GoogleMy partner and I bought a house that was marketed by Hyman Hill. The communication throughout the process was easy and they were always available to answer questions. Emma & Katie were very friendly and did their best to guide us through the different steps of the process and helped us to arrange access to the property to have quotes completed before the completion of the sale.

GoogleCould not recommend Hyman Hill highly enough! Went above and beyond what was expected of them in selling our home in Southwick. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but this is definitely not the case with Hyman Hill. Both Emma and Katie at the Southwick branch were so helpful and professional. From their advice and approach at the start and finding us a buyer, to working so hard at the end to get the deal over the line. Katie at times was doing the job of our sellers solicitor and estate agent! A great team! Thank you.

GoogleHyman Hill were the estate agents for sale and purchase of my recent move. Having not moved in 26 years they guided me through every step of the way. They were always on top of the progress of both sides of my sale and purchase and without their guidance I would have found the whole experience a lot more stressful. It was so helpful to get regular updates on how things were progressing and if I had any queries or needed anything explained nothing is too much trouble.

We were supported brilliantly with our purchase. The communication throughout has been excellent with each member of the team being easily contactable and open to any questions. The whole team worked hard to ensure that we had as many viewings as possible. We were kept fully informed throughout with meetings set up to give personal attention and advice about the changes and fluctuations in the housing market and left with choices within these parameters. We followed the advice given by Hyman Hill as we trusted them, and we are pleased to say, that the sale of our house went through in February.
