GoogleThe team at Harrison Brant were amazing, kept us up to date at all times, were compassionate to the problems we were experiencing within the chain, although our move took longer than it should have, this was not the fault of the them, Kieran and Tony were amazing, gave regular updates, pushed hard on the rest of the chain to get things sorted out. Would recommend anyone selling their house to see Harrison Brant as the only place you need to go to to sell your home.

GoogleI’ve recently sold my flat with Harrison Brant (Southwick branch), and I have to say the experience has been completely unlike any other estate agents I’ve dealt with over the years. From my initial conversations and meetings with the Branch Manager Kieran James right through to Completion which was managed by Tony Harvey, Progression Manager, everyone has been the epitome of helpfulness and professionalism. From the outset, Kieran was extremely professional and detailed in all the information he ran through with me, carefully and patiently explaining all the options and likely timescales. Once the viewings started Lisa was great in managing the viewings and keeping me informed regularly. Once a sale was agreed, Tony then managed the process through to completion, keeping me informed at every stage, his communication has been excellent throughout. I have been extremely impressed with Kieran and his team from the outset, their professionalism, communication, friendliness and helpfulness has been exemplary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harrison Brant to anyone, particularly the Southwick branch. Many thanks Mike

I’ve dealt with Kieran and Tony and have nothing but good things to say about them. Kieran has spent a lot of time giving me advice in the build up to selling most recently and Tony has worked really hard to get us to a quick exchange to please the new build developers we’re buying from. Being a first time buyer can be such a daunting experience so I'm very grateful that the Harrison Brant team were super friendly, professional and supportive. GoogleWe have had an excellent experience selling our property through Harrison Brant’s Southwick team. Kieran was very reassuring and knowledgable about the market and once we decided to go ahead the brochure and online advert were put together quickly. The team (Becky and Sharon I believe) conducted over 30 viewings over 2 days to minimise disruption to us. The team managed all offers- keeping us in the loop the entire time. They did good diligence on all the offers so we were able to choose a buyer who was financially viable and able to move quickly. Both my husband and I have used Purple Bricks to sell previous properties but our experience with Harrison Brant has converted us back to high street estate agents.

GoogleWe bought the property through Harrison Brant fourteen years ago and had a great experience, so when we came to sell we used them again. Kieran has a profound knowledge of the market in Southwick and knows a lot of the houses in the area. He helped us with advice on the best marketing strategy and we were very happy to put our trust in him. Kieran and his team marketed the property well, and we accepted an offer above the asking price. Tony the progression manager kept us in the loop the whole time, and we are delighted with how smooth the process ended up. Brilliant work!

GoogleWe were just having a look to see what properties were out there but not 100% sure about moving then we spotted a property with Harrison Brant which we liked. So we decided to put our property on the market also with Harrison Brant to keep everything simple and in one place. From the outset they were very professional, and if ever we had an issue or question they would respond straight away. We dealt with Tony and Kieran who were great and made it effortless through out the experience, and always helped when we were unsure. Would highly recommend and use again

GoogleExcellent service received from Harrison Brant in connection with the sale of my father's bungalow. Their Team worked very hard throughout the process to get the sale through. I dealt with Tony Harvey and Kieran James of the Southwick office who I would highly recommend for all their hard work and diligence throughout the process. I always received prompt responses to any queries/issues that arose.. I can also highly recommend their suggested preferred solicitor that I used for the conveyancing aspect being Gaby Hardwicke based in Hastings. Our contact there, Kaye French, provided us with an excellent competitively priced service and answered telephone calls and emails in a very prompt and professional manner.

We would receive regular updates and requested perhaps more than the average amount of viewings which were made to feel was no problem at all. GoogleNot sure how they perform during a sale or purchase but for viewings they just seemed uninterested. The poor guy on the day had been an estate agent for 1 week and didn't know anything about the property - I phoned the office to follow up and get the information and the office person was not rude but totally uninterested and deflected each question with terms like "your solicitor will ask that" - unrealistic. I don't want to even make an offer let alone engage a solicitor without basic lease information. Vendors paying for this service are being ripped off.

GoogleHB recently acted as agents to sell my mum's property after she went into residential care. I am SO pleased I opted to go with them, as they have worked like Trojans from start to finish, to get it sold expediently at a good but realistic price, and always acted with the utmost professionalism as well as a lovely human touch throughout all dealings. It was not totally straightforward, and I had to pick the brains of the agents and director on many occasions, and despite being busy much of the time, they were incredibly patient, and always endeavoured to help and assist me, even with simple technology queries that I found a bit daunting on occasions. Superb agents, truly know their stuff, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI have tried to book a viewing with kieran james for the house we like as a family in southwick roman close and we were ready to buy but for some reason we couldnt book viewing even though house was in the market for sale and it was reduced. I found it really strange an agent not trying to sell and not being responsive. If there was a reason than he should have explained it. We gave an offer with an another agent to another house today but it made me so upset Kieran james an estate agent manager being not responsive after number of calls and emails.

GoogleWe chose Harrison Brant as we had seen houses up for sale in our area and we were amazed at how quickly the ‘sold’ signs went up afterwards!! Keiran (Southwick) talked us through everything and the work they did to promote our house was great, we loved the photos and the online presence. We had record breaking viewing figures (apparently) and Harrison Brant (Edward mainly) took a lot of people through our house without complaint. It was so much easier that we didn’t have to show people our home time after time. Communication with Tony and Keiran when it came to offers was open, honest and straight forward. They gave us sound advice and were always happy, cheerful (and sometimes hilariously funny!?) to chat to over the phone. Would definitely recommend HB. Thanks guys for your hard work and patience. X

An associate had used Harrison Brant in the past with no complaints and I had frequently passed their impressive offices on Windmill Parade over the years so I chose them as a safe bet. My whole experience with them from beginning to end was totally positive and you always felt you were in safe hands. The communication from them at all stages during the process was great. My dealings were mainly with Kieran James and Tony Harvey. I highly recommend the team at Harrison Brant, Windmill Parade to all who require their services. Thanks again Adam

GoogleWe needed to sell a relatives property and received quotes from 3 local agents. We decided to go with Harrison Brant partly because they were the nearest to the property and partly because we felt that they offered the best service. We weren’t disappointed. They produced a considerable list of viewings and the property was sold very quickly at a suitable price. As we live in London not Southwick we had to ask them to do various things that would not necessarily fall within the normal remit. For example, a neighbour who was looking after mail etc at the property couldn’t get in and Harrison Brant called round quickly to sort the lock out. They also took meter readings after it was sold and responded to our requests in liaising with the buyers and their solicitors in a very efficient and effective manner. When it was actually sold we were out of the country and again they dealt with additional requests from us quickly and without any complaint. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
