Tracy and Emily provided a very professional service from the start. From styling the property for photography and keeping us informed throughout the process we always felt in competent hands. Our road to completion was not easy as we lost a couple of buyers but Tracy & Emily were very understanding during the periods of time when the whole process felt stressful and exhausting. I think Fenton Jones offers the kind of service everyone deserves during the difficult process of buying and selling a home, it was more than just a financial transaction to them both and they recognised that it is an emotional investment too. The small team at Fenton Jones provided a faultless service during the sale of my late father's house in Thurgarton. A large house built in 1927 on over an acre of land. Fenton Jones clearly understand the local housing market, and had clients viewing the property within days. They managed to arrange three or four viewings per week during the five weeks it was on the market. The property sold almost immediately, for just under the asking price, due to some structural issues. They couldn't have provided a better service. Thoroughly recommended.

We used Fenton Jones to sell my late parents house in Southwell. I wanted to use a local estate agent and after meeting with 3 of them including Emily, obtaining/comparing estimations of a sale value, I decided to use Fenton Jones! We obtained a sale close to our asking price before the property was marketed, due to Emily knowing who was already registered with them and wd be interested! The whole process was greatly helped by being kept informed/guided along the way by Emily and her colleague. As there is just the two of them, they both know all their properties and where things are at. Being local I could easily pop into the office with queries or just to catch up. They kept me calm during the odd stressful moments that are inevitable during a house sale. I would not hesitate to use them again or to warmly recommend them to others.

We were most impressed with Fenton Jones’s professionalism from our initial discussions to producing the photographs, video and brochure. Their advice was invaluable and the big difference we noticed compared to Derby where we were moving to was that Fenton Jones asked us to be out whilst they were showing potential buyers round the house. They moved a few things around and picked flowers from the garden to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. We accepted their suggestions on the basis that they’d probably sold tens of houses over the last 10 years whereas we hadn’t sold any. So they would be far more aware of the market than we were. The net result was that the property sold within 2 weeks and achieved 98.5% of the asking price. They were always on hand with advice and were lovely people to deal with.

Tracy has visited my home and using her experience and keen eye suggested a range of colour schemes which coordinated with my existing sofa, curtains and fireplace. She suggested a change of layout in order to make better use of the space. She also recommended, helped me select and sourced a carpet, paint colour, throws and cushions of which a number were made to order from her shop. Tracy has a keen eye for colour and I have lost count of how many complimennts I have received regarding our newly decorated living room. Thank you Tracy, I finally have a room I feel happy to relax and spend time in.

Love Home By TEA. It started when I popped in for a browse; I spotted an amazing light fitting for our new family room. Tracey also offers an Interior Design service and after a visit to our home (very reasonable cost) helped us choose some statement wallpaper and statement chair which look stunning. We'd never have chosen them without her inspiration. She also ordered a coordinating velvet sofa to be made to our specifications and suggested other items we could add. There was no pressure from her but her ideas were spot on. Definitely recommend a visit.
