Not a real review site. They consider facts to be defamatory. How am I supposed to leave a review when EVERYTHING I say is considered defamatory? When companies scam you, everything you say about them can be considered defamatory if you talk about how they scammed you. This site makes absolutely no sense. How am I supposed to leave an honest review when you consider absolutely everything defamatory. It seems TrustPilot is only there for good reviews. You will never get honest reviews from TrustPilot. Honest reviews are removed if they hurt someone's feelings.

GoogleAlex and Kyle are excellent! They are friendly and polite, very responsive to any issues with the flat and always make sure things are resolved quickly. Highly recommend best estate agents I’ve ever had!

It's bizarre that because I am the first to review a company and gave them a 1-star rating (with detailed commentary), Trust Pilot adds multiple 3.5 star reviews to give them an average score of 3.2. This is completely misleading to searchers.
