Making bigger offer for the rend house and they dont accept if you dont see the property( gime the landlord number to see if he will accept )

Nice ads of houses which act as a click bait, They add the property today I call them straight away and is fully booked or gone, meanwhile the ad stays online for more than 3 weeks marked as available.

It is practically impossible to arrange a viewing of a property advertised by Pedder. I visited the Herne Hill office to register. Then I called three times to ask for a viewing. A week later there isn't any response.

From the initial phone call

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

I`ve lived in Dulwich for 28 years when i came to sell my house i turned to Peddar who have a good presence in the area - I was particularly impressed with Vince , who i found to be immediately likeable, interested and proactive in selling my home , he kept me fully informed throughout the process which was particularly helpful as i live away from the property down in Hampshire. After considering the services of several estate agents I decided to use Pedders to purchase my new flat. I am very glad that I did, it was a pleasant experience, entirely free of worry and stress. Vince answered my many questions promptly, politely and with patience. I found this to be most reassuring. He also recommended a conveyancer, who as a bonus was actually 30% cheaper than all of the other quotes I had obtained. So skilled were they that the process required such minimal input on my part as to seem effortless. In fact, I would say that it was easier than purchasing a pair of shoes. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be using both of your services again, thank you.
