Update: It seems that i'm not the only one complaining. So, perhaps you should check why people find your staff rude.

You came in this afternoon and you saw our staff attending to someone. and you could not even be patient. You ask if we do ups and he said no. you keep insisting that UPS sign is by the door. He still manage to attend to you despite still attending to customer and still you are raining abuse on him. You need to treat others the way you expected to be treated.
