I was purchasing my first property and was very unclear on many aspects but Brendan and his team made the process so straightforward and were super quick to respond to all questions with very detailed responses which help set my mind at ease. Fantastic service - would 100% recommend!

GoogleI must commend the sterling work carried out by Tony and Brendan, of No Flies Estate Agents in Camberwell, in facilitating the sale of my flat. Everything was thorough, professional and friendly from the initial valuation right through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble. With their local knowledge, they were even able advise me on local solicitors and traders to smooth the process, which was completed on time. If you do choose No Flies, you may even save a couple of grand over high street prices! I do no hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is contemplating a move.

GoogleWe used NoFlies as the agents for the recent sale of our 1 bed flat in Camberwell. They are a two person team and both Brendan, who was the main agent on our sale, and Tony were great. They were very open and helpful, worked quickly through any issues that came up and generally inspired confidence that you everything was in hand - best estate agents i've had. They are also based in the area so know it very well. I would happily use them again and definitely also recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Camberwell/Peckham/East Dulwich area they cover.

GoogleWe’ve now bought and sold with No Flies, and in both cases found them to be incredible partners. A couple of call-outs When we wanted a valuation on our flat, we got a wide range of numbers from various agencies. We trusted the valuation from No Flies because they were able to break down how they arrived at our figure using data from the local market. It was super transparent, and we appreciated it. In both our sale and purchase, there were a few times where the chain got a bit heated and threatened to break down. The experience of Brendan and Tony at No Flies made a huge difference here as they were able to spot a path forward and worked with us to communicate it to all parties. We would not have got over the line without these guys. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleNo Flies are a small, local agent with great knowledge of the area. Having used agents in the past where you get bounced around to different sales people constantly, it's so nice to work with a single person, who remembers your requests and preferences, and sees the sale through from valuation to viewings, negotiations, exchange and completion.

GoogleI have just completed a difficult flat sale with the extra complexity that I’m based in Australia which made it tough to coordinate issues across time zones. Throughout the process No Flies were amazing. They were calm, measured and professional, a real oasis of common-sense when it was lacking elsewhere! The level of service was superb and I’m 100% sure the transaction would have failed if I’d been with another agent. The sales skills and market knowledge are both great, but to me the real difference with this agency is the levels of personal care, commitment and integrity that they bring to the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
