GoogleThe 3 most important things to me as a Landlord is to have no void periods and tenants are solvent who care for the property. Dawn and her team have provided all of these aspects in the five years we have been using them. In addition, they deal promptly with any tenant issues through a good network of trades making letting a property stress free. Highly recommended.

GoogleI highly recommend Tenant Finders. I am new to the business of being a professional landlord and Tenant Finders have guided me through every step of the process in an efficient, professional and friendly way. Their communication and the advice they have offered have both been excellent, and they found us a perfect tenant very quickly. Thank you Tenant Finders!

GoogleI used Dawn and her team for the first time to let my house in Portsmouth. So glad I did! Really good service, easy to communicate with, helpful and tenants found really quickly. This small independant company really know their stuff and go the extra mile to make sure things go smoothly. Thanks.

GoogleI have rented three seperate properties through Tenantfinders and if I ever move back to Portsmouth I will definitely rent with them again. They are really friendly, have always responded quickly to emails (all other agencies I've rented through have been a nightmare to get hold of when you have a problem) and resolved any issues I have had with properties quickly and fairly. Miles better than bigger agencies I have rented through who don't care about their tenants. Thank you again, ladies. x

GoogleI used tenantfinders as they were representing the property I've shown interest in. At the time, I did not know it's a small agency, but wow, did it make a difference! From professionalism to friendliness, they scored top marks. The day I contacted Dawn, she was able to arrange a viewing for me on the same day and we took the place straight away. We mainly spoke via email, and everything was a super smooth transaction. It was actually my first time renting out independently as the main tenant, but I was made to feel at ease (which unfortunately I cannot say about all agents I have previously worked with) and everything has been explained to me clearly. It was also very easy to contact the ladies, they promptly replied to any questions I had. A moving in card and original tenantfinders keyrings for our keys were definitely a nice touch, as we met to sign the contract and were left to do our thing. Also, I do think that they provided us with super competetive agency fee's, hence another reason why I'd reccomend this agency. So yes, overall 10/10 service, which made our move from Bournemouth to Portsmouth smooth and pleasant!

GoogleI've just moved to my flat yesterday and let me tell you they're the best letting agency i've come across. The whole process took exactly a week, from viewing the flat to moving in. On top of that they're so helpful, kind, and professional. The only agency i will be dealing with as long as i'm in portsmouth. They're a gift sent from god
