The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking attitude from Katie at this branch. No customer service skills whatsoever and extremely rude and uncooperative. If my staff spoke to customers the way she spoke to me she would be sacked!
We have checked our files extensively but have no record of a customer called Diane Wilkinson. In addition we have never had a Katie working here! This is clearly a fake review and would be grateful if you could delete it or contact me direct? Thank you.
