FacebookDisappointing. I have recently attempted to purchase via Nicholls and Barnes. I was assured that I would be kept in the loop and instead learned via Rightmove that a property I had offered on is now under offer. I had agreed a price with the vendor in June. I have repeatedly updated Nicholls and Barnes and repeatedly requested details as to why they do not consider I have provided proof of funds. I am in the final stages of a divorce but have provided AIP and confirmation that proceeds of sale of my property are available on completion. This confirmation was provided by the Solicitors with conduct of my sale. I am still none the wiser as to why the above do not constitute proof of funds.
