Especially they went above there limits to help us and made us comfortable during our son's accident and during an issue which araised 2 months back, every time they made sure that we are okay,like a family. GoogleAwful agents. I was renting a property through them and had 2 young kids, at one point there was that much damp on wall which I reported numerous times got constantly ignored via email and phone then the wall totally come apart due to the damp conditions they told me to pay for the plasterer . They left me without heating for weeks, I have so much evidence of emails of things wrong in property they ignored, I got environmental health and council to come round to see mould/damp and disrepairs as soon as the contacted Lynn Thompson to fix these repairs I was issued a section 21 to leave the property, once we eventually found somewhere they wanted to take all my deposit for the disrepairs that was already wrong in property that they didn’t get fixed, I then found out they never protected my deposit so I got full deposit back after threatening to take them to court for legally not protecting my deposit. There the most awful agents I’ve ever dealt with they will never ever respond to getting anything in a property fixed.

GoogleI made several phone calls and sent emails to view a flat as soon as I saw on rightmove. I noted that available to view after 25/6/19 so I tried to arrange for this day or around that time. I was told that the flat was not ready to view as the landlord needed to conduct some repairs. They assured me everytime I rang that someone would contact me once viewings were available. I never got a telephone call and had no opportunity to view the flat as I now note let agreed. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. After this experience I have be put off using this letting agents.

GoogleAfter several years of renting through various letting agencies, my experience with Lynn Thompson has unfortunately been the worst by far. Communication throughout my tenancy was consistently poor, I had to chase almost every enquiry, often multiple times, before receiving any kind of response.
At one point, I was left without heating or hot water for over three weeks in the middle of winter. The property became completely uninhabitable, forcing me to find alternative accommodation for myself and my children. The lack of urgency or care shown during this time was deeply concerning.
Persistent mould issues, which posed a clear health risk, took nearly six months to be properly addressed, again only after I repeatedly chased and escalated the matter.
Later in the tenancy, a garden fence collapsed after a neighbour’s dog broke through. I reported this immediately and followed up several times, yet months passed without any repairs being made.
When I agreed to a rent increase on the condition that certain repairs and improvements be carried out, I was instead told verbally that the landlord intended to sell the property. I felt pressured to leave simply because I had raised concerns about the living conditions.
After securing alternative accommodation, I was told I would still need to provide a full month’s notice, despite being verbally given notice myself. When I challenged this, I was told it hadn’t been given in writing but that they’d be “willing to come to a compromise.” The hypocrisy was astonishing.
Following my move-out, I had to chase the return of my deposit for over six weeks. When I finally received an update, I was presented with a list of supposed damages totalling my entire deposit, none of which could be evidenced. They even tried to charge nearly £500 for redecorating a single room, something we had already discussed and agreed on. I had to raise a dispute through the DPS, which took over three months to resolve, but I ultimately won the case, with only a minor deduction allowed for decoration.
This agency has been consistently unprofessional, unresponsive, and neglectful of basic tenant responsibilities. My experience was nothing short of disgraceful from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Whilst the lady on the phone seemed pleasant she made false promises to return calls and sort things out. I cannot recommend this company.
