GoogleHorrendous customer service have been lied to numerous occasions, spoken to like rubbish by workers, been told they would come and do jobs and taken time off work and stayed in and no one comes, when they have been to do a couple of jobs a lot of them have ended up worse than the first one or incorrect and ignore all emails now.
Hope you don’t have any snags as we are still waiting 2 years later for them to be completed and a boiler that needs repairing that was reported 5 month's ago.
Absolutely shocking would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleGorgeous housing estate, with a variety of different housing options. From apartments to 3 & 4 bedroom houses.

GoogleVery nice homes, just think if I can spot the snags after I move in, they should be spotted and dealt with before completion date. Would recommend this builder though, as they are very customer focused, but don’t expect those snags to be sorted overnight. Lovely development, in a nice part of Southport, close to town, close to shops, close to the countryside. Happy to be living in a David Wilson home. Having only been in the house a couple of months will review again after the winter months.
