David from Southend Branch of Ewemove has been amazing, he has gone above and beyond what he needed to do. We bought a property to let out, had loads problems with it, but David has helped us so much, going to property when I couldn’t to sort things out , always on hand to do anything that was required and giving advice and researching things for us. He has let the property for us and also helped the tenant with any queries he had. He has also given me advice on other issues I’ve had with another property. He is so friendly and even been available out of normal hours. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much David.

I was very pleased with my choice of David Wiffen of Herne Hill branch of Ewe Move to sell my flat. I'd seen he'd successfully sold other properties in the same area and felt as a franchisee he would be able to give a priority service to me , whilst not leading my prospects off to view a bunch of alternative properties on a large estate agent's book. As a property developer and landlord I highly value good quality photos, often paying extra for professional shots to show off a property in a good light. David handled the photos himself, with some tasteful rearrangement of ornaments and furniture to achieve excellent results. I think possibly as standard Ewe Move do feature adverts on the portals and I found my advert certainly presented the flat well and gave a good impression in comparison to others. During the selling process David was always available through WhatsApp, phone email etc and I valued his input in making pricing decisions and changes throughout the process. Once the sale was agreed he both recommended a local solicitor (with his commission made open knowledge) -who I am glad to say I was also very satisfied with-and kept on top of chasing both them and the buyer's solicitors. I would recommend and certainly aim to use David again if selling another property in his area.

My wife and I used David to sell our house in London at the recommendation of our daughter who worked in property law there and we were delighted with her suggestion. From the outset David was proactive with his suggestions, starting with any work to the property that we should consider, through marketing and then dealing with viewings and potential purchasers and the actual buyers. Our situation was complicated, with our main home being 150 miles away and with the issues arising from the various lock-downs. David's involvement could justifiably be described as above and beyond what anyone had the right expect from him and we would thoroughly recommend David to anyone looking to sell their property.

I felt very confident that David was genuinely on my side throughout the transaction. My wife and I recently sold our Streatham flat with David Wiffen (Branch Director for Herne Hill and Brixton); what can we say, a genuine 5* service! As we had let our flat and moved to Scotland, David handled everything, from liaising with the tenants, to sorting out unruly neighbours at a crucial moment, right up to handing over the keys at completion. I’d never heard of Ewe Move before, until, David Wiffen at the Herne Hill and Brixton branch was recommended by a neighbour. David is lovely and has been brilliant from beginning to end of the otherwise stressful process of selling. Because it’s just him and not a whole team, you only deal with one person so he knows the house and the viewers. He was always at the end of the phone if I needed him, and was reassuring, realistic, friendly and hard working. He really earned his commission and I would highly recommend to anyone selling in this area.
