With a huge extra appreciation go to Marilyn in the sales progression team, being a first time buyer she was so so helpful and in my opinion played the biggest part in ensuring the chain competed. GoogleI cannot recommend LeGrys in Southborough highly enough! My family and I were looking for a new home in Tunbridge Wells, with very specific criteria in mind for what (and where) the property should be and of all the agents we contacted in the Tunbridge Wells area, LeGrys were the only ones who actually listened and took the time to understand our needs. All the other agents would simply forward us details of any property which had the required number of bedrooms within a 3 mile radius of our preferred locations. We were fortunate enough to be aided in our search by Dan Fahy, who proved to be an absolute godsend! Not only did Dan find us the PERFECT property and presided over the negotiations to help us and the vendors agree a fair price but when we faced extreme difficulties during the conveyancing process, Dan almost single handedly held the whole chain together! The vendors had agreed to accept our offer on the understanding that we were able to complete a quick sale - with a complete chain of two behind us, however our own buyer's solicitors threatened to derail the whole process due to their sheer incompetence and lack of proactivity - which reached a point where our vendors wanted to remarket the property! Enter Dan. Dan somehow managed to persuade his vendors to hang-on (for what turned out to be an additional 4 weeks!) while also engaging with the various other agents and solicitors up and down the chain. It was an extremely stressful situation but Dan's regular communications and reassurances kept us going. I can honestly say that we would not have completed our house sale and purchase without Dan and LeGrys and we will be eternally grateful for what they have done for us. We now have our perfect home in the ideal location and we owe our happily ever after to them.

GoogleOn Saturday, June 24, 2023, Mr Lewis showed us two properties in Southborough. He is really knowledgeable and went into great detail about the area and the houses. He takes his time displaying each room of the house and providing a full explanation of the property's condition, measurements, and so on. My spouse and children admired his demeanour; he is excellent.

GoogleI purchased a commercial property through Le Grys Edenbridge in 2015. I was very pleased. I listed my house for sale through Le Grys Tunbridge Wells in April 2023. The fee they told me verbally and the fee they stated in writing were different. I was so dissappointed.

GoogleLeGrys have been looking after our 2 rental houses for many years and they have always found us very good tenants every time. They have recently just found our latest tenants, which was done very efficiently, and the house was only empty for 10 days. Debra and Lucy are very friendly and extremely reliable, and we know that we can trust them completely to deal with all the procedures that are required with a new tenancy. It is always a pleasure to deal with every one in the lettings department and we feel very lucky to know LeGrys, and consequently we would never consider going to any other letting agency.
