I have worked with Leyton and the team on our purchase. We are very satisfied with the service provided. I bought a flat in Woolston in May 2022 after a long 6 month search. In that time I dealt with many estate agents in Southampton but Field Palmer stood head and shoulders above the rest. They are patient and helpful able to answer any questions they are given and keep good communication from viewing to completion including facilitating a pre-exchange viewing and queries around local trades to spruce up the place. I'd particularly like to give thanks to Leyton and Sonny who I worked with the most, their knowledge of the local area and how they helped to arrange viewing around my tight schedule were invaluable. Would happily reccomend them to others.

I visited them for a property to rent in Southampton. They showed me the property. I was showing my interest on the same day. But, they have arranged multiple views after that and then they passed the information to the Landlord. Even with multiple options, Landlord was not satisfied and they arranged several viewings after that. Even after a week time, there is no feedback from this letting agents. Not happy with thier approach.

It has stayed on my mind to write as Stephanie and Field Palmer Woolston impressed us from the word go. We had so far had four other Estate Agents out to value our property and were very keen to represent us, some might say they expressed this quite aggressively or over enthusiastically! Stephanie's mature, laid back yet professional approach stood out among the others and she did not disappoint. All the way through from getting the best offer for us on the first day the house went on the market in May '16 (note: she valuated our property £10-£15k higher than some other local agents and then got us £10k higher than her own valuation price!) to our exchange in August '16. Stephanie offered us advice and answered our questions when we had any.
