Good experience so far. Made multiple visits to Shipston Gardens before before making reservation. Staff very helpful allowing access to various plots under construction as well as providing photos, thorough explanation of options and quick responses to queries.

GoogleWhen I bought my house the sales team that I dealt with were incredibly frustrating to deal with. My move in date was pushed back two months due to ongoing issues with their team. Constantly being told that issues would take 48-72 hours for them to respond to every issue when they were incredibly minor issues. Once I asked to speak to senior management they were miraculously resolved
