GoogleAMAZING! Honestly the best estate agent ever (and we have been through a few). From the very first contact until collecting the keys, Richard, Michele, Tony, Dan, etc, were always so lovely and kind. Richard and Michele where to ones we had more contact with and honestly I couldn't praise them enough, their professionalism is outstanding and the way they treated us is beyond amazing. Their website and answer phone state the company is open 9-5, yet when you ring at 4pm you get no answer, tried 2 for emergency repairs, keep getting cut off and no further forward, they left us with unsafe living standards which has been patched but not fully repaired for months on end, honestly of all the property letters this has been the absolute worst, it wouldn't be so bad if you could get through to them or if they opened their office at normal times..
