Suzanne, Teresa and the rest of the team at The Property Experts helped us in the purchase of our lovely new home, and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Suzanne was very patient with us, giving us multiple viewings and answering any questions we had. Communication was excellent, it was never too much trouble to get in contact and Suzanne kept us up to date the entire process. She was very quick to pass on info to the vendor and back to us again, making everything from their end as smooth as possible. Teresa in the office was always a delight to speak to, and again very helpful with any enquiries we had. An extra special touch of a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits and a card on key collection was the icing on the cake of a wonderful customer experience. We felt very well looked after and supported throughout the whole process, and would recommend the team to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you!

We originally bought our home in Southam through Property Experts, so when it came time to move on, we knew straight away that we wanted to work with them again. Suzanne was our estate agent this time, and she was everything we hoped for, friendly, helpful, and incredibly hardworking. She sold our house, and even when the first sale fell through, she didn’t miss a beat. She kept pushing, kept communicating, and secured another buyer for us. When our onward purchase then collapsed, Suzanne was calm, reassuring, and full of practical advice. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to keep our buyers and take the time we needed to find the right home for us. And of course, it was Suzanne who found it. She arranged for us to see the property early and on a Friday night, well after office hours, and gave us the space to make our decision without pressure. When our offer was accepted, she was genuinely thrilled for us, and it really felt like she was celebrating alongside us. Throughout the whole process, Suzanne kept us informed, supported us through every twist and turn, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable. We’re so grateful to her and to everyone at Property Experts. Thanks to them, we’re now happily settled in our dream home.

Our contact and dealings with Southam Property Experts was excellent from start to finish. Mark’s local professional knowledge was abundantly clear and gave us the confidence to sell our house with them. We really liked the lack of hard sell, which was a tactic employed by other agents when we were looking to sell our house. Lorna was able to market our property at short notice, which was very helpful. The pictures and video that she took were excellent, and we are sure that they helped to secure the quick offer that we received. Sadly due to some really unforeseen circumstances, our sale then became a very complicated and lengthy transaction. However, Mark, Lorna, Becky and the team were always on hand to listen to our concerns and help the sale complete by interacting with our buyers. If we are selling property in the future we won’t hesitate to give them a call.

They were quick and efficient, and always available to speak to if I had any questions. They are very knowledgeable about Southam and the surrounding areas, and they made the process of selling my home seem effortless! Lorna and the team could not have been more professional, kind, helpful and available. Lorna went out of her way to fit in with my timing when I needed to see available properties and was travelling from a distance. She was not at all 'sales-driven' but extremely customer focused and genuine. And Lorna was able to give me great local recommendations for solicitors and contractors who could help me carpet and furnish my new home - a great estate agents! This was so important and helpful when moving into a new area. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish

Costin-Gabriel Copaci provided an excellent service and exceed my expectations. My experience with him was hugely positive. I have been looking for a 3 bedroom house in Tunstall area, Stoke on Trent, for a long time, but without results. Knowing Costin from some friends, he quickly offered me a solution that I was very happy with. The whole process went very professionally and quickly, cheerful communication, managing to move in on the date set almost a month ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Costin. Thank you very much Costin-Gabriel Copaci

Very pleased that I chose The Property Experts to sell my property. Good pics (I would have bought the house again from those), advice and good communication along the way, including the whole process right up to completion. Thanks to the whole team at Southam. I hope my next home is the last one, but if not I would know which agent to use.

We chose to sell our house through Southam Property Experts and did not regret it. From the initial meeting with Mark we noticed a high degree of professionalism and expert local knowledge giving us confidence. Our property was marketed well and enhanced by Lorna's wonderful photographs. We had a buyer before there was time to get the signboard out. Mark, Lorna and the entire team were friendly and at the same time very efficient. Excellent service, thank you.
