Thank you to everyone on the Sunfield estate in Wilmslow for making moving into our new home such a positive experience. Everyone we have come into contact with, from builders we have passed on the road to contractors coming into the house, have been so polite. There is building works to the front and back of our house but we have never been affected by this, thanks to the professionalism of everyone on site. Everyone who has come to the house to resolve any snags has come on time and have been very respectful of a sleeping baby too! We have had a really poor experience with Jones Homes customer service after moving into our property. They have refused to carry out repair work to our house on more than one occasion despite this being in breach of their NHBC contract. This includes a garden which did not drain and a bad quality front door.

The site management are always on hand if needed. And the site office staff are really welcoming. Very good build quality, just minor snagging required.The site is still under construction as is the bypass on the north side. The wider area of the Wyre is nice countryside with the more retail shopping/entertainment on the Blackpool side of Poulton. Overall a positive experience being here for only two weeks.
