I came to Susan spokes estate agents as I had sold my house and I was looking for short term rented accommodation and I found them sooo helpful in getting me the right accommodation and tenancy and they supported me throughout . they were professional and extremely helpful and efficient. I had found other estate agents seem to treat you quite differently when wanting to rent a property compared to when you are buying they seemed to treat you like a second class citizen . Not Susan spokes they were absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend thank you 😊 xx

What a great service provided! Susan and the team have kept us informed all the way with our renovation and they manage our property really well. They managed to secure a Tennant VERY quickly achieving higher rate of estimated rental income too. They project managed the renovations and managed the value to guilty really well that I am impressed by how little the renovation cost from the original state I purchased the property to the quality of products used. I can only highly reccomend Susan and the team and hope in future to have more properties for Susan to manage.

I engaged 3 agents to value and ultimately sell my property. I went with Susan Spokes because she had done a great deal of background research on the property. Within 24hrs the property was live and on the market and once I had read the property description I knew I had made the correct choice. It was thoughtful and Susan had listened to what I thought were relevant points. I had 2 offers on the property and it was sold within 2 weeks. The process then was complete in 8 weeks which I think Susan worked hard to keep things flowing between all parties including the solicitors. The very best part of the process was Susan's excellent communication. I would 100% use this service again.

I am indebted to this business for more than simply my properties. I am a landlord who lives in Birmingham with 2 flats in South Shields. Prior to using Susan I was frustrated and annoyed with the level of attention and focus I was receiving from my previous letting agent.
