We recently sold our current house and purchased a new one, both through Colin Lilley. Having been on both sides of the process I can say that Colin Lilley was superb in every respect. Jade kept us updated throughout every step and answered any queries we had (which were numerous). Buying and selling felt like a daunting prospect but the support and knowledge of their team made everything feel manageable and simple. I would highly recommend Colin Lilley to anyone looking to buy or sell. You’ll find a team that makes the process simple and clear with a friendly attitude. What I expected to be an extremely stressful time was made very straightforward thanks to Jade and the team.

Things were soon followed up be the team back in the office and they gave twice weekly updates. Communications and advice were second to none. Colin lilley are a small firm run by Chris Burchell, no magic just good experienced staff who understands that every sale is different and everyone has different needs . Chris is not a marketing person , he is honest and practical at what can be achieved for the property . He remembers every minute detail you tell him about the property and needs and works to achieve as required. Had terrible experience when renting out my property through this company. Property was advertised totally incorrectly, agent never turned up to do quarterly inspections when arranged with tenants, they lost keys etc. Complained to manager and he was so rude- nothing was rectified. Transferred to another company as soon as I was able to. Would NEVER use Colin Lilley again.
