GoogleMy experience with Andrew McLean Estate Agents was excellent from start to finish. I was trying to sell my house whilst living outside of the UK and Sophie was able to go above and beyond to make this difficult process simple and straight forward for me. As a local family owned business I would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter receiving such fantastic service from Sophie for our South Shields flat I’ve now moved over a North Shields flat from a competitor to her. The difference in service between the two was vast. Sophie was thorough, efficient and effective and is a swift worker, making a big difference to landlords. We will continue to move the rest of our portfolio over to her too.

GoogleVery impressed with the service provided by the whole team. The communication process was excellent from initial visit to the house to the actual selling of the property. I was kept informed of arrangements for viewings and feedback from potential buyers. This made the whole experience a very positive one especially as it can be a very stressful time. I felt the pressure was lifted from me and I was guided all the way with advice and explanations. I would definitely use Andrew McLean Estate Agents again and can recommend without hesitation. I was regularly updated about viewings, given useful advice about things I never would have thought of, and after the initial sale they were 100% available to deal with all the remaining details super efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, and they removed a huge weight from my shoulders. On the strength of my experience, look no further! Thank you so much again, Andrew and Sophie.
