GoogleWe used Deans for selling a property. We approached several agents but chose Deans because of the immediate positive impression they gave, with an excellent knowledge of our area & local market conditions. Staff in the SQ branch were friendly and welcoming, professionally explained the selling process clearly and gave us the confidence to proceed. We had a great experience: We always felt we knew what was happening and why, it was seamless across the estate agency & legal team and they had no problem calling us or emailing us, addressing any issue that came up in a timely manner, often out of hours. Olivia in particular took on our sale & viewings and did a superb job to secure an offer within 2 days. Due to Donna’s negotiation we got a final, enhanced offer within 3 days of our property going to market. Jen Walker and her legal team, especially Erin, were very proactive, they communicated frequently & easily and we felt as if they were really working for us. Even a last minute unexpected hitch from the buyer did not derail the sale and our team dealt with it fairly & firmly Deans are not the cheapest, but their fees are competitive, with no hidden costs and you get every penny worth in professionalism, selling knowledge, communication and support to guide you through. We wanted a quick sale and got one! From initial contact to completion took 11 weeks. We’re very glad we chose Deans
