Deans Properties reviews

We used Deans for selling a property. We approached several agents but chose Deans because of the immediate positive impression they gave, with an excellent knowledge of our area & local market conditions. Staff in the SQ branch were friendly and welcoming, professionally explained the selling process clearly and gave us the confidence to proceed. We had a great experience: We always felt we knew what was happening and why, it was seamless across the estate agency & legal team and they had no problem calling us or emailing us, addressing any issue that came up in a timely manner, often out of hours. Olivia in particular took on our sale & viewings and did a superb job to secure an offer within 2 days. Due to Donna’s negotiation we got a final, enhanced offer within 3 days of our property going to market. Jen Walker and her legal team, especially Erin, were very proactive, they communicated frequently & easily and we felt as if they were really working for us. Even a last minute unexpected hitch from the buyer did not derail the sale and our team dealt with it fairly & firmly Deans are not the cheapest, but their fees are competitive, with no hidden costs and you get every penny worth in professionalism, selling knowledge, communication and support to guide you through. We wanted a quick sale and got one! From initial contact to completion took 11 weeks. We’re very glad we chose Deans

I have nothing but positive things to…

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Deans. Jacqui has been outstanding and supported us every step of the way. This is the second house purchase she has handled for us, and once again she has been incredibly professional and efficient. I also want to mention Jane and Carol, who were both fantastic throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Deans to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I booked in a house valuation from here. I took a gamble and was honest informing them first I had to no intention selling or renting. They still sent someone out and done the task without any gain for their business. Thanks

Excellent experience - would recommend

We had an excellent experience with Deans. Jen and Erin were always available to answer our questions and advise us on next steps. It was reassuring to know they were on top of things and alleviated a lot of stress around our house purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Used Deans for a number of years

Used Deans for a number of years. Most recently a couple of bits of business assisted by Margaret Young from the South Queensferry office - very efficient and prompt responses. Margaret helped us with something a few years ago too and were pleased with the assistance she gave. Would recommend.

Enquired about a property on 2 occasions and never got back to me regards a viewing. If this was my property they were selling I would not be happy.
