To Whom this may concern, This not is to express my satisfaction to the initial contact I made on Saturday 17th Jan 2026 with Paige Palmer ( Staff in South Norwood Office ) while I made a request to rent one of your property. Paige was very professional in handling my request from the taking down my details to the first visit. Majority of my questions was answered and as expected she revert to me with the answer of questions she didn't have full details of. I was impressed and will not hesitate to recommend her services to friends and colleagues.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Paige from Streets Ahead South Norwood. From the moment we viewed the property, she’s been genuinely lovely to deal with and has made what can be a really stressful process feel so much easier. What we’ve appreciated most is how communicative and helpful she’s been throughout. She’s kept us updated at every stage, answered all of our (many 😂) questions, and whenever something needed clarifying during referencing she was quick to look into it, speak to the relevant people and come back to us with an answer. We were working with quite a tight timeframe to find somewhere, so having someone who was actually responsive and proactive made a massive difference. We never felt like we were being left in the dark or having to constantly chase for an update. She’s also just been really warm and personable throughout the whole thing. It never felt overly transactional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people get things over the line. Really happy with how everything has gone and massively appreciate all of Paige’s help in getting us into our new home. Would absolutely recommend her and Streets Ahead South Norwood. I cannot recommend Streets Ahead Estate Agents in South Norwood highly enough. Their service was genuinely second to none, from the initial valuation right through to the successful sale of our property. A special thank you to Michael, Nadim and Jibran, who were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. They were professional, knowledgeable, proactive and, most importantly, incredibly consistent. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We were kept updated, given detailed feedback after viewings, and never had to chase for information. They followed up and followed through. If they said they would do something, they did it, and they were constantly working behind the scenes to keep things moving and ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible. They went above and beyond and made us feel that our sale was genuinely important to them. I would 100% use Streets Ahead again and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.
