Do not buy a property from these cowboys (Avant). For over four years I have being chasing them to get the snagging list done still waiting. So now I am taking the to the small claims court and I would advise anyone still having issues with the cowboys (Avant) to do the same.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Rip off merchants and will Do not thing about there shoddy work carried out by there contractors ! Sales team lie , aftercare/costumer care lie ! Any snags take months and months to be resolved!
