From our first meeting with Emily I knew we were in safe hands, she clearly had a great understanding of the market & set realistic expectations whilst also aiming to get the best price & more importantly the best buyer for our property. She was enthusiastic & always on the end of the phone should we have any queries or questions. The rest of the team matched her enthusiasm & patience. Special shout out to Sophia & Keith too. Matthew was the main sales consultant I dealt with and he was always very responsive to calls and emails, and would always be able to help and provide guidance on the next steps. Philip originally showed me around the property and was also excellent throughout the purchasing process, and so was Beth who was also on hand to answer any queries. The whole team were extremely helpful whenever I had a question, wanted to get an update on where things were at, or to push a chaser. Beth and Phillip have provided an excellent service for our house sale. We have an agreed sale within 3 weeks of listing. Unfortunately, through no fault of Andews or our buyers, it fell through in the last two weeks before completion. However, Beth really pulled out all the stops in re-listing our place within an hour, securing a viewing the following morning. We had another confirmed offered, for the full value, within 24 hours of our buying having to pull out. This absolutely saved our purchase. The developer we are buying from effectively pulled out purchase but, thanks solely to Beth and Andrews, the rescused the sitation for us and we're back on for a move to our next dream home! I really can thank or recommend them enough and would absolutely use their services again if needed. Also, a special shout out to Russell Clark, Andrews Mortgage & Protection Adviser too. Our usual mortgage advisor didn't give us entirely accurate advice and Russell gave us a second option which really helped us understand our options better and, also, provided a range or good offers at a later stage when we realised we wouldn't be sticking with our existing mortgage provider. Worth every penny of their moderate charge and we'll be a future customer of theirs when it comes to our remortgage, I've no doubt. I've never paid for a mortgage advisor in the past but I would definitely recommend considering it as he's also help secure purchase at a better rate than we were originally expecting.
