The best Estate Agents I have worked with. Beth, Damian and Phillipa were such wonderful contacts during our Tenancy. They were friendly, professional and responsive to any queries and issues we had. They have to be one of the best estate agents I have worked with as often rentals do not get the service and attention needed from other lettings management services I have used. For example when something needs fixing Leonard's responded very promptly and ensured the property was in good order. They were also great at communicating when they needed to visit. Thank you Leonard's for all your help and support it's been great working with you and wishing you further success!

I was tenant of flat 49 Lynden Hyrst which is managed this letting agent. But I made a mistake choosing this flat as I was unaware of the EPC ratings implications on my energy bills. I ended up paying close to 6k in one year in bills as this flat in 'E' rated. In summary, this flat was cold, mouldy and terrible. Never was once the letting agent agreed on the poor build quality. Now that I have vacated they are deducting almost £1000 out of £1650 of my deposit in the name of redecoration despite getting the flat deep cleaned and returning. When we moved in flat superficially painted by the previous tenant. The layer of paint starting to fall off. Adding to that we had poor quality rusty appliances which were somehow in working condition. We were even told of not able rent the flat to other tenants saying the flat is not in a presentable condition.

Terrible company, even for estate agents. They do not respond to issues and have threatened eviction for requesting repairs to a severely unmaintained property. In addition they will not inform new tenants of severe issues such as damp and mould. They've ignored tenants with severe asthma dealing with serious mould causing potential health issues. Lastly, they will happily look to intimidate you out of the property afterwards.

Excellent service. Leonards have been great from the start. Initially advising re. set-up and the requirements needed to rent out our property. Since then they have been very professional and very approachable. Recently we had the misfortune to have a leak and flood in bathroom and kitchen. Leonards dealt with this quickly and efficiently causing little disruption to our tenants. We have no hesitation in recommending Leonards.
