GoogleI've used several office providers in the past and I can without hesitation say that Dexter Serviced Offices is easily the best I've ever used. The officies are competitively priced, well situated with easy access to the M25, Gatwick and several good train links. The actual office spaces are simply brilliant and there is obviously a great deal of care that goes into prepping and maintaining them. The communal areas and tea and coffee facilties are clean and well maintained. But for me the outstanding factor at Dexter is the staff especially the management team. Gemma, Ian and Nikki worked tirelessly to make sure my needs and requests were actioned promptly and professionally. It's been an absolute pleasure leasing an office at Dexter. A massive thank you to Gemma and the team.

GoogleDO NOT use this office or company under any circumstances. !!!!! I have just moved out after 4 years and coincidently they want to charge me basically all my deposit for no reason at all. Apparently the blinds I never used are broken and need to be replaced!!!! £300 . Lies. Then they want to charge a further £300 for closing the phone line and internet and yet the same number I have used has been renewed as it was a food company in the same building before me. The fees go up every year for “improvements” that never happen. They cant even get a coffee machine to work . They also say you have use of the “meeting room” , however if you go over 1 hour 30 in a whole month you get charged a silly amount of money. Oh lets not forget having to pay £20 for a piece of plastic if you misplace. The reception team are really nice but management Gemma and Ian are full of lies . Iv moved from a 2 man office to 14 for only an extra £300, Location is poor the nearest shops are 10 to 15 minutes walk and unless you have extra money to burn there is NO parking. Even if you ask for just a day its refused even though the parking is empty half the time. All in all there are FAR better offices to rent in Croydon please don’t fall for the rubbish I have over the years. If I could, this wouldn't get even 1 star after how you are treated after so long

Dear Peter,
I would like to start our response by thanking you for your business over the past 4 years, we hope you are very happy in your new space and wish you every success.
We always prepare our offices to the highest standard and give the impression to new Customers that they are the first occupants, which we know was the experience you received when you moved in. All we ask is that the office is returned, apart from fair wear and tear, in the same condition which is something you did not do. We didn’t want to charge for new blinds but they were damaged by you and had to be replaced.
With regards to the meeting room usage, we do recall you going over your allocated free usage, however this fee was waived as an act of good will by us at the time.
We take security very seriously within the Centre and the entrance card that you lost had to be deleted from our system and a new one issued to you which does come with a £20 charge which includes an administration fee.
As you knew at the time your office did not come with a car parking space onsite and as all the spaces are allocated we are not able to loan other Customers’ spaces out which you did appreciate during your time with us.
Finally with regards to the coffee machine we provide free teas and coffees to over 300 customers a day and have had only your complaint.
Peter, I am really sorry you feel the way that you do, especially as you said on many occasions you loved being with us.

GoogleLovely welcome by reception staff, warm, smiling faces & effusive 🤗 had a tour around the building & facilities, still a bit confused & will be for a while but that's me & it doesn't take a lot to confuse this old bird 🤭😉 nice clean, airy office space, great for our team after WFH since the pandemic & having an office that wasn't fit for purpose, which I will leave there. Looking forward to working with all the staff; all of whom we met yesterday were friendly & helpful. Only down side is journey from station & to, bit of a trek but may take advantage of the chauffeur service 😊although I don't mind a walk & need to familiarise myself with the area.

GoogleWe have recently moved offices to Dexter Serviced Office , we were nervous and sceptical in finding another office space to rent whilst our office gets fixed but Gemma and Nikki helped put our mind at rest in offering us an space to rent within their Croydon Dexter Serviced Offices.
The service provided from the start has been exceptional, communication has been very clear and helpful.
The offices are pristine, the services provided are incredible with complementary breakfast and hot drinks throughout the day.
we cannot thank the staff enough in providing such a smooth transitioning to our new office and a very warm welcome to the office.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of experiencing the immaculate service that Dexter group provide since 2014 consecutively, they have a high level of customer service and are efficient in all aspects whether that be with regards to the staff or the facilities they provide.
I would recommend the office facilities to every business as having an efficient office space enhances business activity. Dexter Group is always looking at ways to improve their services which allows the businesses within the office space to also look into improving business styles.
