GoogleWe chose Bevilles to sell our much loved Edwardian property because of their long standing reputation as an outstanding estate agent. We were not dissappointed: We did not have a straightforward sale by any means, but Bevilles provided wise counsel throughout. They just have so many years' experience selling in Sonning Common and the neighbouring villages. They know the area and everyone knows them.
It is not just Richard, but the whole team who work together and are always there when you need them. After two buyers pulled out and then seemingly endless viewings, our sale ended up in a bidding war. We were extremely pleased with the winning buyer who clearly loved the property as much as we did. We felt that, thanks to Bevilles, we were able to leave our rather special house and garden in very good hands.

The entire team comprising Richard, Marcus Karen and Joe were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. They helped when we had to put in a new drainage treatment plant, chased the Environmental Agency and kept the buyers informed on progress. We had two failed purchases and they remarketed with enthusiasm and also quickly found a new buyer. Their work does not stop when a sale is agreed. It only then starts as they then chase everyone to ensure momentum is maintained. We were so happy we even increased their fee which in itself speaks volumes of their service. We can’t recommend them highly enough. If you are considering selling you really must speak with them. They know the market intimately and give a great service. They gave a sensible valuation showing great market awareness, and it was up for sale within days of giving the instruction. After just a few days the viewings started, and we had several offers within the first few weeks. They gave excellent advice, managed the viewings, and followed up with potential purchasers.
