They have been extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I with our first time buying. We came into the whole situation completely blind and they have been amazing at helping us through the entire process. O Stars would be more appropriate. Unprofessional, rude and condescending Warren enjoys renting illegal properties out to people who may or may not have the right to rent. AVOID unless you fancy a trip to small claims court to sort out everything these “agents” omit to do.

From the very first point with being in communication with Nigel the service was outstanding. He made me feel like I was his only customer. The entire process was fast efficient and without a single issue. I would recommend Nigel and the company to anyone and use them again in the future!

Awful estate agents. I have been abroad on business and inquired in regards to a property on colebourne Road, Moseley. As i work in Kings heath it was in a perfect location. After sending them several emails they never acknowledged my emails or even responded. In the end I had a colleague ring them to inquire, a staff member answered the phone and after she asked regarding the property my colleague was told abruptly 'It's gone' and the staff member hung up! I have no idea as to how they are still in business. Pathetic and very unprofessional I would avoid using them and to stay well away.

I looked to remortgage and used Warren & Co as they are recommended by my employer. The agent assigned to my case was Kuldip and although she responded in good time and inevitably got me a new deal, unfortunately my experience as a whole has ensured that I will never use this company again. Firstly, Although the agent replied promptly, I found the emails lacked any care or attention to detail. They were often too direct with a pushy tone and many failed to provide or explain information sufficiently that would allow my wife and I the opportunity to make sound financial decisions. Secondly, on completing the relevant personal information forms, the agent very quickly came back suggesting that staying with our current provider would be best for us based on our circumstances. In trying to establish why this would be having excellent credit scores etc and there being better deals on the market. We were informed it was a combination of our circumstances and that deals were being pulled from the market quickly due to the suggested interest rate change (which didn't happen). Having seen cheaper deals being pulled from the market, my wife and I made the decision to settle with what was recommended in order to avoid losing that one too. So I ended up with a deal I could have got myself with my provider making Warren & Co redundant. We continued with Warren & Co purely based on not wanting to lose the deal on offer as we would have had to start again and the market was unstable at the time. Our final letter of recommendation then landed from Kuldip containing errors. The most significant was the one that stated we were recommended to stay with our provider due to being involved with a debt management service… My wife and I have never dealt with such a service nor do we have debt that would ever require us to use one. I contacted Kuldip straight away to discuss this. She said it was a mistake and could amend the letter. I asked if this was the reason she avoided looking at cheaper deals and got a waffling and somewhat pointless response. At no point was there a sincere apology for the error and it clearly resulted in us missing out on getting a better deal. Kuldip clearly didn't look at our credit scores or credit and payment history and the worst part is, she didn't raise the issue with me at any stage during the process that would have prevented her incorrectly recommending us to stay put. Therefore, this company has cost me saving a further £50 a month over the next 5 years at least due to bad service by an agent who assumes she is right and blindly ploughs ahead instead of querying her assumption with the client. The final blow was the fact that the cheapest deal available at the point of challenging her incompetence was now the one we have with our provider. All of the other cheaper deals we could have gone for (had this assumption not have been made) were gone. So there was absolutely nothing we could do. My advice, use someone else.
