We first met Alek and Gayle from Ewemove Solihull when we were interested in purchasing a property they were selling. From the outset, we were impressed by their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and personable approach. This positive experience led us to choose them to then sell our own home. Having previously held a rather negative view of estate agents, we quickly realised that EweMove Solihull are different. Alek and Gayle are always available, honest, and genuinely understand how to market a property to achieve the best results. Our house was sold within the first week of marketing. Although the initial chain unfortunately collapsed after a few weeks, Ewemove Solihull put the property out to market immediately and managed to secure other offers and another buyer within just a week. When compared to other properties in the area, many listed with larger agents that remained unsold for months, this speaks volumes about their effectiveness as estate agents. The conveyancing process in our chain was challenging due to issues beyond our control, but Ewemove Solihull remained fully involved throughout, often going above and beyond, ensuring that matters progressed positively and smoothly. I'm so glad I chose EweMove Solihull to sell my property. They had not long launched when I instructed them and that could have given some people cause for concern, but I was impressed by Alek and Gayle's energy from the word go. I am registered blind and cannot prepare a house for sale and then move so easily but that was not an issue for this dynamic couple. They got their hands dirty to ensure the marketing material was superb, and continued to maintain the lawn and grounds whilst I was travelling. They regularly assisted me with the ongoing administration requirements. The conveyancing process was extremely challenging for everyone involved in our chain but I was constantly updated and guided through the storm with regular updates and advice when needed. They even helped source a suitable property to rent on completion! After a pretty stressful experience and the house falling through 3 times I decided to change estate agents and give Alek and Ewe move a go … I’m so pleased I did , I was given honest advice all the way through from small things that I could change ( I’ve never seen an estate agent roll there sleeves up and cut down shrubs to improve the look ) to how to market the house and be honest about previous small structural work . Every person who viewed the house was personally told about the work . The whole process was smooth with multiple viewing on one day and an offer on the same day . Alek is very hands throughout the conveyancing process and liases with all solicitors constantly . He made me feel confident in the process . My buyers were not English and I know Alek and his wife Gayle helped them immensely with the process . I’m so grateful I as Alek said ‘gave them a shot ‘. They are worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone .

Their knowledge of all things property is also impressive and they are able to recommend some superb contacts for related services. The sale of my property was over with in a flash compared to many other similar properties in the area. This is not only a testament to their thorough understanding of the market but also their fresh and energetic approach to marketing, particularly on social media. Recently bought a property through Alek and Ewemove. We were so thankful that our vendors chose him to sell the property as even though he didn’t technically “work” for us he was absolutely fantastic in ensuring a smooth process for all parties. Alek was a brilliant communicator and on hand with quick and detailed replies whenever we had questions relating to the property or the legal process. It’s clear to see that Alek & Gail love their job and it shows in the videos and photos they put together for the advert which really showcased how special the home was. During the viewings they really made the house feel like a home and if I was selling a home I’d like to think our agent was putting in as much effort. Alek also comes across as a really great guy and is really friendly and approachable so if you’re lucky to buy a property from EweMove then you can rest easy knowing your in great hands, likewise I assume if you choose them to sell your property!

Ewe move sold my house within 3 days I was with another estate agent for about 6 months. They sold the house but failed to follow up the sale so the buyers found another house and pulled out of my sale.
