TrustpilotTop Service from DM & Co
I spent some time researching estate agents before instructing DM & Co & I can safely say I made the right decision. Communication was good with timely updates & feedback. Ann Wood was particularly supportive throughout & a successful outcome was eventually achieved. Many thanks to Ann & the team at DM & Co👍- Steve Rae.

TrustpilotSuper service
The team have worked tirelessly for us through our moving journey.I loved our home specs, photos and video. They were very professional and showed our house in the best light. The sales team did a great job with viewing and forwarding offers. David and the sales progression team were exceptional. Always profession and they kept me informed throughout. They would follow up with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, surveyors and anyone else that needed it. A great service and they were are worth their weight in gold.Thank you
Mark, apologies for the late response to this. Thank you so much - in such a competitive market, there are plenty of agents to choose from - If there is anything we can ever do to help in the future, please shout. All the best, Dominic

The team there (we used the office in Monkspath) where exceptional and a real credit to the company. They made the entire experience form application to move in day quick, painless and efficient.Special mention should be given to Chiara who was the agent we worked with. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped to make the whole process stress free.

TrustpilotWonderful Service
A very supportive service received in selling our home. From the beginning of the process right through to completion the team were on hand to guide and follow up to make this process as easy as possible. Ann Wood took the lead for us and was wonderful, and the wider team were always on hand to answer our questions which were many after living in our home for over 50 years. A super service received.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear that your experience with Peter, Emma, Ann and Victoria was seamless from valuation through to completion. The team will be thrilled to know their personal support and regular communication made a real difference. We’re especially pleased that our Keyflo system helped keep everything clear and on track. Thank you for trusting DM & Co. with your sale and for your recommendation. It means a great deal to all of us. If we can help with anything else in the future, we’re always here and happy to assist.

I worked predominantly with Ann Wood over several months while trying to secure a property purchase. Unfortunately, the sale did not proceed; however, throughout, I found Ann and her Team to be extremely helpful and supportive.

TrustpilotClear communication and very friendly
My experience with DM&Co has been amazing, I have been looked after by Victoria and Julie who have been extremely helpful and have always made time to answer/find out any answers to questions I’ve had. I’m the first time buyer so I have needed a lot of advice and help, both Julie And Victoria have been amazing, and it’s really easy to get in touch with the whole team at DM&Co.I’d recommend highly! I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for the phenomenal communication at DM&Co that I would’ve pulled out of my first home as my solicitors were so unhelpful.

TrustpilotTop service both through sale and purchase
We sold our home with DM&Co Solihull and purchased our next home through DM&Co Dorridge. Staff across both offices were brilliant, very easy to contact and kept pushing to get our moved sorted despite two buyers pulling out and poor solicitors elsewhere in the chain.I would recommend them to anyone in the local area.
Stephen - thank you so much, selling with one and moving with another doesn't happen often! I am pleased to hear that the teams worked well together to achieve the desired result - it is so frustrating when buyers pull out and we are beholden to the rest of the chain. Pleased to see this one over the line! All the very best, Dominic

TrustpilotGreat letting agent with local knowledge
Great experience dealing with the agents from DM and Co. Part of the reason for initial enquiry was due to their reputation in the area and also award winning which made me think they might have that large company, non personal feel but I can say it was the opposite and the team were very professional with lots of knowledge but still provided a personal touch that gave me confidence to give them the property to market and the whole process has been great from start to finish.

The guys at DM came and valued our house and arranged a couple of open weekends. Within 2 weeks we had 8 offers, most of which were above asking price. The DM team were proffessional and open throughout the process, supporting when required and offering wise advice. They have the personal touch that the large estate agents cannot give.Daniel Brookes has given us a 100% during what can be a stressful time. Thanks Daniel.

TrustpilotSuperstar Ann…
Ann & the team have worked tirelessly to complete the sale of our probate property, always available and actioning requests in a timely Manor throughout and above all pushing both sets of solicitors to do what they’re actually paid to. Without Ann we’d probably still be sat waiting for solicitors to sit up and do things!
Thank you Richard - Ann certainly does have an ability to get sales moving! All the best, Dominic 🙏🏻

As first time buyers my partner and I were a bit unsure however Debbie, Ann and Tom made the whole process of purchasing a property so much better. They gave loads of advise and support throughout the process especially when a few rough patches were hit. Would defintiely recommend buying your home through DM & Co and will be using them in the future if we come to sell!

Ann Wood at DM & Co was our seller's estate agent. We were so impressed by her. Ann worked hard to get our purchase through - which was not always straightforward. She did a lot to keep things moving across the chain - above and beyond what would have expected. If we ever move again we'd choose DM & Co.
Thank you Andrew - it isn't an easy task selling homes in this market. I am really pleased that Ann was able to keep things moving. Best, Dominic
