These are a contractor to my council to carry out grant funded works. We’re supposed to contact me but after weeks of waiting, I chased them. Booked an appointment and then it’s an hour after they should be here. They are not here. Despite sending reminders urging me to remember they are coming. Seems like they can’t actually remember themselves. If I was making the decisions I would fire this company. Drinking the grant funding but dragging the whole process slower with incompetence.

My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Theresa I wasn’t where I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Theresa to repair my credit. Really disappointed with this company. They carried out an insulation survey of my property and it took them 7 months to produce the report which contains fundamental errors. Despite the latest EPC recommending cavity wall insulation and that you can literally see into the empty cavity, these guys reported that there is cavity wall insulation already installed. I wouldn’t recommend this company for property surveying.
