An absolute 5 star experience from valuation to completion.

Conscientious, attentive service with amazing communication and a super-fast sale. I had to sell my late father’s house through probate which I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare (on top of all the other challenges that go with a relative passing). But Louise, Toby, Natalia and Denise were fantastic, all playing their part in the listing, sale and progression to completion. I’ve bought and sold before and found it to be the worst, but these guys were genuinely the best! Would recommend to anyone.

KHP West Malling were exceptional when…

KHP West Malling were exceptional when we were both selling and buying through them. It was a long process with a very slow market but they secured us a buyer with excellent advice all the way through. Where they really came into their own was after this at the sale progression stage. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the support was from Megan who was firmly in our corner and really managed the process. I confess it’s a side of estate agency I hadn’t given much thought to before but give that girl a medal she got it over the line and was a total pleasure throughout even on the most stressful days. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Delighted with the service we received from start to finish with the team at KHP Snodland. (Louise and Emily) Everything Louise said they would do, they did and you can't get much better than that! Honest appraisal and realistic expectations meant that there were no surprises during the selling process. Fantastic photographs, accurate floorplans and a welll written brochure contributed to a number of viewings booked in the first week and we accepted an offer after being on the market for 10 days. Emily was amazing and worked hard keeping communication flowing between all parties involved. Very happy to recommend Louise, Emily and the KHP Snodland team to anyone considering selling.

All of the team at KHP Snodland we’re brilliant, we mainly dealt with Abbie and Megan who were always so helpful and prompt at getting things chased for us, from the moment we put our house on the market with them and explained we were wanting it to sell quickly as we had bought another house already they did everything they could to get it sold for us and managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks, they had great communication and kept us updated regularly, i would definitely use them again

We put our house on the market and we’re a bit concerned the asking price was a bit too much but Nik the manager assured us our house was at the right price . Brad and Julie kept us fully up to date with every booking and enquiry re our house and Brad accompanied any visitors to our house ( much more professional than the the numerous estate agents we used to view houses in our search for a property ) Within 3 days and numerous phone calls from Brad we had a number of bids for our house well in excess of the asking price, we have now exchanged with no issues and would Recomend KHP to get the maximum price for your house as they really do know the market especially with professional anf friendly support from Brad and Julie
