Brilliant experience

I made the decision to sell my house through Scoot, I loved the fact that they were contactable out of office hours, and that they were so friendly and put my mind at ease about selling, as it is a big thing! I had my photos done and then before it went on the market received an offer on my property. I spoke to Kelvin and explained this and he couldn’t have been happier for me or more helpful, even though it meant my house wouldn’t be going on the market. I would definitely use them in the future, all the dealings I had with them were very professional. Thanks so much Kelvin and team.

Was recommended to talk with Kelvin by a friend as I was considering selling my house and had a few questions, wasn't expecting him to be able to help actually sell it as we live in Scotland. Kelvin was really helpful and said to let him know when we were thinking of putting it on the market and he would see if he could help. Well boy did he help. Not only did he save us a literal fortune on our new mortgage, but he came up to Scotland and sold our property over valuation. IN FOUR DAYS. Conveyancing sorted, mortgage sorted and house sold. What a lovely team. Thank you for all of your help, it has been an absolute pleasure.

We recently worked with Kelvin & Andi at Scoot to sell our house. We knew it was a long shot as we were only prepared to move if we secured the house we wanted. It was a complicated senario involving a new build not released for sale AND reserved to someone else! This didn’t put Kelvin of & right from the offset Kelvin was open and honest and put 110% into helping us. We had the most amazing portfolio of photos created and within the day our house was marketed. Sadly things didn’t work out for us and we lost our onward purchase. The process of coming off the market was efficient and super speedy. So much easier than expected. We can’t fault their friendly, down to earth service and approach and have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking for a very personalised approach to selling. We bought a property with Scoot recently and from initial viewing to putting our offer in Kelvin was approachable and eager to assist! We were added to receive property alerts a couple of weeks prior to finding our new home and both Kelvin and Andi were on hand to make sure we were informed prior to a house going on the market which matched our needs perfectly. We viewed and agreed a price within the same day and Kelvin was on hand in the evening to help with negotiations and provide constant updates! Very smooth process dealing with both Kelvin and Andi and will be recommending them to anyone we know looking to sell their property in the future! Scoot is an amazing Estate Agents; Kelvin is fantastic and really understands the market. We were with a different estate agent for 12 weeks and had two viewings. I spoke to Kelvin about changing over to Scoot. He understood our property and the market it was for due to the house being unique. Kelvin was passionate about the marketing the property and arranged for an amazing photographer to take pictures of the house. Kelvin’s communication was tailored to what we wanted and was timely and informative. From putting the property on the market at 5pm whilst he was on holiday, we had viewed the following day and an offer of the asking price. Within 24 hours the house was sold. I highly recommend Scoot; an amazing estate agent and Kelvin is great. 10 out of 10 on all aspects. I will use Scoot again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I would not recommend any to use this company. So unprofessional gave excuses after excuses why he didn't turn up to do house valuation. Then was rude over messages to me. Think the company needs better communication and need to double check they have writen the correct number down after calling you. Stay away people stay away.
