GoogleAvoid this agent especially if you are first time buyer or new in UK as this agent corporates with the seller and misinforms you regarding the properties. For example we have been told that the service charge is £785 for a flat for which the actual recent service charge was about £1800. Ridiculous.

GoogleThe Flatman Partnership apparently "manage", if that's the right word, properties on behalf of absentee landlords many of whom lord it up in the Emirates. For the last three years the garden fence of a house "managed" by the company, which adjoins our property, has been steadily disintegrating. Numerous calls to the Flathead partnership, oh, my apologies, the Flatman partnership has resulted in no action being taken. The usual response is "the landlord lives in Dubai" which, apparently, is supposed to answer my questions. When property management agents start acting like the absentee slum land lords they represent one has to question their integrity and motives. Suffice to say the garden fence has no completely collapsed, and into our side of the garden to boot, with the resident tenants not seeming to give a damn. Well done the Flatman Partnership, giving new meaning to the word "professional"
