GoogleWarning: They Deliberately Hide Serious Safety Issues! I’m a tenant soon moving out of one apartment managed by this agency, Lexington Apartments, Railway Terrace SL25GW (15 floors, 100+ apartments). The building has faced serious elevator issues since Nov 2023. At times, residents, including the elderly, children, and those with mobility challenges, have been trapped or forced to climb multiple flights of stairs. Even worse, people, including children, have been trapped in the elevator for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions. Despite being clearly aware of the issue for months, and after I reminded them about it during viewings for future tenants, the leasing agent still failed to disclose this critical information. I had to directly inform visitors myself. If you value honesty, avoid this agency!!!

They are breaching Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008), which requires agents to avoid misleading information and disclose important details that could affect a tenant's decision. Avoid this agency!!!

GoogleI moved out of one of their properties and they have refused to refund my deposit. The house was professionally cleaned by the cleaners that was recommended.It's a month now I have been asking about the deposit but they are not responding to my emails and the person i charge do not call back whenever I call and leave a message.

GoogleStay clear from Flatman for your own good. I had a very bad experience in trying to buy a property in Langley (Gibson Court). 6 months were wasted. My solicitor kept asking for the same documentation for 2 months. Vendors solicitors were useless and estate agents were chasing every person but not their own client vendor and their management company. I lost £2000 in the process as purchase could not be completed. Gibson Court management company did not have company accounts for last 3 years and had files accounts as a dormant company. My solicitor raised her concerns on multiple occasions with everyone involved and whole chain fell apart because the whole process was badly managed.

GoogleMoved into a house with mattresses in the hallway, condom wrappers in the bedrooms and not even hovered. Let windows (fire escapes) and blinds broken for the whole tennency despite asking for repair for years. Often rude, dismissive and negligent to their tenants but would instantly demand (already paid) rent if their systems weren't up to date and at the very end offered no help when asking for assistance and guidance deperately. Dont rent from them, dont let your property with them it was never a good experience.

GoogleAvoid this agent especially if you are first time buyer or new in UK as this agent corporates with the seller and misinforms you regarding the properties. For example we have been told that the service charge is £785 for a flat for which the actual recent service charge was about £1800. Ridiculous.
