Bought a flat with S John Homes last year. The seller they were acting for was a friend of theirs, so throughout the whole dealing we felt that the agents were completely biased against us. They helped the seller to fight out of topping up the indemnity fee for the covenant, and made numerous excuses for them when agreed tasks (such as cleaning the balcony) were not done. Re-reading the email exchanges between the agent and I made my blood boil with the injustice and the unprofessionalism. We felt like we were bullied. An extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Please DO NOT use this estate agent, they have ruined our neighbourhood by renting out a house to some sort of transport business using the property as a hub, totally inappropriate use of a home with about 6 large high sided tail lift vans on the property and parked on the road too.They knocked the wall and frontage down and trees and bushes too so they could shoehorn their vans in..wouldn't recommend this eatate agent at all, they devalue the area that they do business in and that i live in !

Would give no stars if I could. Appalled by the service I received from S John Homes, trying to push me to a property which was in a state. Kept giving me excuses when I asked to put money on a property, but would’ve allowed me to put money on the other one. Wouldn’t recommend. So glad I found another estate agent listing the property, and have happily moved in.
