I’m writing this for anyone dealing with Regus, because people deserve an honest warning. Leaving Trustpilot reviews or sending endless emails does nothing. We were double-charged without any notification, and over four months we sent more than 60 emails with zero progress. We even went to their office in the Netherlands and spoke directly with management. Not even the regional manager could resolve the issue.

Regus is doing great with respect to providing collaborative spaces, as office premises to corporates and organizations. They need to look into their housekeeping and office pantry services as those need major revamping and improvement.

If I could give zero stars I would do so! Ross and Arthur have been very uncooperative with me, I have had an office at Regus for around 3 years now. I wanted to cancel my subscription for next year, to which they said I needed to give 3 months notice in advance. Please note that the deadline to cancel subscription was 01/05/2025 and I alerted them on 02/05/2025; after receiving and email on 02/05/2025 confirming that my subscription had been renewed.

Every month they take unauthorised and extra amount from card. Each time they promise that they will not do it in future payment but they did every time. strongly advise people do not go with this fraud company

You should log into your online account (i.e., myregus.com), select My Account > Billing and payments > Deposit / Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund request is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount. Your refund will be processed within 30 days after your agreement end date or request date (whichever is later). It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps as part of our fraud-prevention policy. As it has been longer than 40 days it's possible we may have received incorrect data.
