If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this agency as a landlord has been extremely disappointing and costly. There was a serious lack of professionalism and transparency throughout the management of my property. Important instructions were ignored, communication was poor, and issues were handled without my knowledge or consent. As a result, I was left significantly out of pocket. I also have concerns about conflicts of interest in how tenants were selected and managed, and about how matters were signed off without proper landlord involvement. When problems arose, accountability was avoided rather than addressed. Overall, this has been a very stressful experience and I would strongly advise other landlords to proceed with caution or consider alternative agents.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Move Estate Agent. Communication was consistently poor, and I often had to chase for updates myself. There was a clear lack of professionalism throughout the process, and at times it felt like no one was truly taking responsibility. I felt more stressed than supported, which is the last thing you need when dealing with property. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience, there are plenty of other agencies out there who are far more reliable and transparent.

Move Estate Agents Slough have been managing my rental property for over 5 years now. The service provided does not even deserve 1 star. No one ever returns my call, rent is never paid in on time. I have to spend time in my working day to keep calling them to get an update. I have been trying to get a quote to sell my property for 2 years now and have not been able to get anyone to call me back to discuss this. I live too far away to visit the office to deal with it or I would have left the agency a long time ago. They refuse to give me the name of a manager so I can escalate the appalling customer service. I feel trapped in a situation that is completely ruining my mental health.

My friend has used this agency to manage their property and they have placed a tenant that based on her income cannot afford to rent and has been in arrears from the beginning of the tenancy. This agency has collected their fees upfront so they are not motivated to ensure the tenant pays rent. They have done no referencing, affordability checks and has in fact lied about the tenants background. Do not use this agency to rent out your property.
