The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!!

GoogleHaving known of Lambourne and Carmody for many years I approached them to get advice regarding the sale of my house during the very slow market stage due to the political turmoil created by Liz Truss. We marketed the house for a short time and then reviewed it, deciding to take a break and re-marketed it with an updated opportunity for would be buyers to view the property. This brought a short window of opportunity for buyers to view as the first in the queue offered a realistic amount and we accepted. Thereon in Luke was a very hands on communicator working both on our behalf and the purchasers to make the sale come to a successful conclusion in a timely manner. I had to talk to the vendor directly to stop this unprofessional approach. Eventually the deal did not go through and I ended up wasting a lot of my time.
