We have used the services of Daniel and his team twice now, once for a purchase and once for a sale, we have dealt with other agents in the past and quite honestly, they provide nowhere near the levels of service and professionalism that Daniel does, every minute detail is thought of and dealt with competently and expertly, he really has set a new bar in this industry that all his competitors could, and should learn from to raise the standards in the area, we would never consider using anyone else.

I recently worked with this estate agency and had an excellent experience, thanks to Daniel and Jane. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Daniel was always available to answer my questions, providing clear explanations and expert advice throughout the process. Daniel kept us in the loop regarding what was happening with our chain and was exceptionally helpful when we were exchanging, liaising with other estate agents and solicitors. Hands down the BEST estate agent we have ever dealt with. There simply aren't enough words to describe how friendly, polite, professional, totally driven and thoroughly hard working Daniel is. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he keeps in regular contact from the minute you instruct him, responding to calls and messages immediately, even 'out of hours' We had a long, and sometimes rocky road with our sale and purchase, with Daniel acting on both. He went above and beyond to get us to completion. His dedication is exemplary, and it comes from the heart.  He's not just there to sell houses, or wait for them to sell themselves as some other agents do. He genuinely cares about you as his client and goes above and beyond to deal with everything he's confronted with, a good deal of which other agents wouldn't even be bothered with. This is our 6th move as a couple, and I can honestly say, Daniel  outshone previous agents by miles. If you're serious about finding a buyer for your house (and in a very short time in our case) go with Daniel. If you want your house to sit there stagnating for months on end with another agent (as ours had previously) with no contact or updates, don't go with Daniel. It really is that simple! From the moment Daniel first answered my telephone call I knew he was the Estate Agent for me. Both Daniel and Jane have supported me with such professilism and empathy throughout my journey of selling my very elderly father's home which he had lived in for over 30 years so he could move back to be closer to myself and his family in Cheshire. Moving home is stressful enough but for me moving my Dad at 93 years old was such a difficult task but Daniel and Jane bent over backwards supporting me ,guiding, advising me. They never failed to ask how I was ,how my dad was and that meant a lot and made a difference.
