GoogleMy partner is in one of your properties, complained about the damp the moment the front door was opened has been ignored when these complaints have been mentioned, repairs still outstanding since February! The entire house is a hazard 1 health issue with mould damp and has destroyed all of their belongings and had significant impact on health. Imran has ignored the complaints which he was well aware of during the move in. Rogue landlords who don’t care once you’ve signed the contracts. This house is worse than hell and is breaking several housing laws and regulations.

Our family are renting an apartment in Slough through the Aptus. We would like to say that the Aptus agency is #1 in Berkshire with Great service! Estate agents are very kind and professional team and they support us with everything that needs to be fixed after we moved in.
On our third year of living in the apartment, we experienced a serious drainage issue, but thankfully to APTUS it has been fully resolved within short period of time. We are especially grateful to Tariq, Marek and Clive for their help and professionalism in getting it sorted. Thank you all for your support.

GoogleDO NOT take your business here to Aptus, they accommodate the homeless (junkies,thieves and trouble makers) I'm in shared accommodation myself and since Aptus has put tenants in here, I've had nothing but trouble with them, I will be moving out because of Aptus and finding other accommodation , I myself deals directly with my landlady and not Aptus. I do not recommend this estate agents.

Corrupt ignorant scammers. I've been forced to be a tenant off one off their shared temporary houses for just over a year. Known extreme high risk chronic mental illnesses and high risk to myself unsupported and extremely volunerable. I've had my room burgled by an ex tenant who was a known burger, there's a current tenant constantly breaching house rules of no guests allowed and because of the breaches and aptis ignoring them I ended up getting assaulted by one off these tenants guests and yet still it's carrying on and still aptus are ignoring all security and welfare and safeguarding towards their most volunerable resident. Even having police telling them and the council time and time again that the accommodation is too dangerous and unsuitable for me and my mental health etc. Yet even the police are being ignored by aptus and the council. So for tour own safety, security and sanity don't ever use this agency especially if you have any volunerabilities

GoogleI am with this agency nearly for three years.
The office workers always are nice and palatal, always explaining what will be happening in such as cases which one I was having with my property for example I had broken top from the bath they come and they fix it.
I hand the issue with the window which one was cracked they come they fixed it and put a new window. Our House had the issue with the heater, through the winter time which one was actually the issue with the boiler they come and they bring in engineer .They fixed the details of the boiler and we don't have any issue since last visit of the agency. So I don't have any issue to call straight away to agency,they always working through the situation.

GoogleRented our property with them and it has been a night mare experience. They would not inform you of the tenants living in your property, would not provide you with any documentation. They dont even pay you the rent in full or inform you when the tenants moved out or when new tenants moved in. They drain you of all your energy in following up with them on whats happening with your property. Total scammers.

Sorry I had to correct you guys here, Its us who started the claims initially thru PRS (Redressal body) who gave outcome confirming our claims. As deposit doesnot fall under their remit we furthered this issue thru online courts which is now differed to slough court.
