Don't ever rent from them. I rented 2 properties, hoping the second experience would be somewhat better. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from management. Always having to chase them for weeks when things go wrong. When lanlord refuses to put things right they simply do not care.

GoogleFrom the first meeting through to picking up the keys to our new home William H Brown (and Eleanor in particular) have been great. Easy to get hold of, they explained everything to us and answered any questions we had whilst being really friendly. Definitely recommend!

Sleaford Branch. Joanne Leadbitter... She showed us around the property using good coronavirus safety precautions and was very helpful and courteous. She kept in touch. Unfortunately we didn't proceed with the rental but would approach Joanne again if looking to rent.

The St Albans branch were quick to take £200 off us for an EPC check which we had done already, but they insisted another one had to be done by them. After he walked out the door we were effectively forgotten. Zero effort and zero customer service.
