GoogleAn absolutely amazing TEAM. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Firstly, thank you Jane for your very professional service. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. The ease and fluidity you marketed my house with viewings booked in such a timely manner is very much appreciated!!!!
Beth, what an amazing, professional, calm and diligent person!!!! Questions answered, emails sent, phone calls made all done with speed to ensure everything needed to be done was done as timely as possible. It actually felt like I was your only customer. It must be an incredibly stressful job at times Beth, but, your amazing people skills and your diligence and work ethic got the job done.
I sincerely hope that your employer is fully aware of your shining star talents and they are recognised fully!!!!
I'm sure you have a great career ahead of you. You are AMAZING!!

GoogleWe've just completed on our house sale with WM Sykes and couldn't recommend them more - they made the whole process as easy as possible. Someone always picked up the phone when we called, and email communication was always prompt, clear and helpful. Beth, who handled our case, was great, but everyone who helped us out was equally helpful.

GoogleWe bought a house through this estate agent, and while the process took far longer than it should have, Beth + Georgia were fantastic throughout. Would recommend them!

GoogleThe whole team at Wm Skyes were polite, professional and good humoured from the beginning to the end. During the buying and selling process we encountered other Estate Agents, but none came close to providing the same level of service quality.

GoogleFantastic service. Right from the start of our search when we were not in a position to buy, Sykes gave us the time of day and really helped us when other agents didn’t. Always friendly, very responsive, super knowledgable, and just great to deal with. Even though we found our new house via another route, I can hands down say they are the best agents in the area. Highly recommend.

GoogleI'd had an issue trying to bid on a property. Management made time to contact me about the misunderstanding.

GoogleW M Sykes did a wonderful job in helping me to sell my property at a difficult time for me. The sale turned out to be more difficult and drawn out than anticipated but we got there in the end and I was very pleased with the outcome.

GoogleHad a great experience with Georgia and Steph getting into our rented property even though they both predominantly work in sales not lettings. Super efficient and friendly staff. Much better than any other agents we've dealt with in Huddersfield.
